State Farm Agency located in Houston, TX 77072 (Legacy/Bellaire) has an immediate opening for a Sales - State Farm Team Member. Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person with the right skill set! Must be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license. Must be bilingual in Spanish/English.

Location; must be able to commute to the following location: 11570 Bellaire Blvd, Houston, TX. 77072
This is an in office position, you must be able to commute to our local office, this is not a remote position.
Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements
- Bilingual must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred.
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
