State Farm Agency, located in Houston, TX, has an immediate opening for a Bilingual ( English / Vietnamese) Customer Concierge - State Farm Team Member. No insurance experience is required as we will train the right person with the right attitude.
The main role is to provide clients with a remarkable customer experience throughout the claims process. Ideal candidate is a professional with a great attitude and outgoing personality! Someone who has 'never met a stranger,' has stellar computer skills, the ability to multi-task, works well with their peers, and has a true passion for helping others.
Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Specialize in providing a remarkable customer experience
- Identify opportunities to make clients feel special and provide a remarkable customer experience
- Build relationships and rapport with clients by “KYC” (Know Your Client).
- Assist customers throughout their claim process
- Assist in resolving customer complaints
