Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and fix component/system issues
• Manage operations of automated packing equipment and troubleshoot inefficiencies
• Capable of navigating pump functionality and repair procedures
• Applying pneumatic and hydraulic knowledge to technical challenges
• Understand and interpret electrical diagrams for actioning technical resolutions
• Maintain and control circuit performance
• Conduct welding, soldering tasks efficiently
• Enhance basic facility support systems from steam to compressed air
• Handle general carpentry and plumbing requirements
• Efficiently source and manage parts/materials needed
• Achieve proficient scores in mechanical testing

**Special Qualifications:**

The role demands a high school diploma or GED as well as a minimum of 5 years related experience. Massachusetts candidates must secure a Special to Operate Engineering License (Steam Plant) within the initial 6 months.
