Marine & Powersports Sales Associate – Ken’s Sports of Green Bay

You'll specialize in boat sales while also assisting with our full lineup of powersports brands like Can-Am, Polaris, Honda, and more.
We carry top marine lines like Crestliner, Harris, Bentley, Bayliner, and Mercury—and we’re looking for someone who knows boats, connects well with customers, and is driven to close deals.
What You’ll Do:
- Sell boats and powersports units with confidence and product knowledge
- Deliver excellent customer service and follow-up
- Help with in-store marketing and social media
- Stay organized, accurate, and goal-focused
What You Bring:
- Marine sales experience preferred (or strong boating knowledge)
- Energetic, outgoing personality
- Strong communication, organization, and closing skills
