The Warranty Administrator is responsible for organizing and scheduling internal and external warranty repairs in a timely manner. Work with other companies to sublet warranty repairs. Submit warranty with all manufacturers and follow up for proper reimbursement. Maintain organization of warranty parts, ordering warranty parts for repair orders, disposal of warranty parts and shipping when necessary. Files and maintains all service records as required by the warrantor. Keeps informed of all factory recalls and bulletins. Periodically assists at the parts and service counter, selling parts, writing and cashiering repair orders. Here is what you need to fill this role:
