WHAT YOU WILL DO.

  • Prepare and maintain clean, fully stocked exam rooms.
  • Escort patients to examination rooms and gather relevant medical history.
  • Assist Optometrists with diagnostic tests and procedures.
  • Perform basic eye tests, including visual acuity and depth perception assessments.
  • Administer eye drops and medications as instructed by the Optometrist.
  • Enter and update patient information into the electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Provide compassionate patient education and support.
  • Maintain and collaborate diagnostic equipment.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated, friendly team to deliver exceptional care.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

  • Prior medical or office experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is helpful.
  • Proficiency with computers and EHR systems preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
