Job Description
KAG is offering a Logistics - Management Development program to college graduates who have interest in a building career in any of our support departments. This program was created to mold and develop the future leaders of our company. You will spend 6 months in a rotational program learning all aspects of KAG. The program includes various professional development experiences and on-the-job training. You will be rotated across various desks to learn about each customer, participate in classroom courses, be exposed to networking opportunities, and travel to other locations during your program to prepare you for a career of advancement within the company.

Skills/Qualifications
Required
- Must have a Bachelor's degree
- Have an active driver's license
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- Ability to interact effectively
- Proficient in Word and Excel and PowerPoint
- A Supply Chain Management or otherwise related academic major
- A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities
- Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program
- Have at least one (1) year of experience in leadership role(s), supervising others, or leading teams
