Pay

Position Summary

This position is accountable for assisting in the operations for remote dispatch locations at customer sites.

Essential Functions

• Supervise performance of drivers which includes fielding driver calls and supporting drivers' requests
• Work closely with customers on troubleshooting items such as delivery issues, driver training program, staffing levels, customer requests/complaints, etc.
• Ensure maximum asset utilization
• Canadian exports
• Macros/Platform Science, Total mail support and corrections
• Hotel bookings
• Log corrections/reconciliation
• Assist with load completion and payroll
• Back-up support for planning and dispatching loads
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business related field or equivalent business experience in the transportation industry
• Excellent conflict resolution skills
• Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office
