Essential Functions
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, exhibiting a strong hunter mentality.
- Proven success in sales within the transportation and logistics industry, with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
- Drive new business growth by fostering relationships with existing customers and generating new leads through networking, cold calling, and strategic outreach.
- Entrepreneurial and sales-driven mindset, with a strong work ethic and a relentless determination to exceed sales targets in a results-oriented environment.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with the KAG Operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Be a team player who fosters collaboration and contributes to the success of the broader sales team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation and logistics.
- Proficient with relevant software tools (CRM systems, BI Analytics, and Microsoft Office 365).
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
- Approximately 50% of travel is required.
