Kenco Group is seeking a highly skilled General Manager/Manager in Training to lead our warehouse operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all warehouse policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead site management and personnel to ensure compliance with defined operating system, corporate policy, and site standard operating procedures, personnel policies, and workload leveling.
• Maintain all safety, operations, quality, financial, legal, and regulatory functions executed on site.
• Develop long-term planning and strategic initiatives for the site to ensure continued success and satisfactory relationship with customers.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business field or related required.
• Prior experience leading a team of salary and hourly associates with strong ability to build rapport with associates in a team environment.
• Excellent people management skills including conflict resolution, coaching, and developing others.
• Experience with labor/workforce management systems (i.e., SAP, Red Prairie, High Jump, etc.).
• Highly proficient in necessary computer applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
