About the Position
The SAP Coordinator position is responsible for providing support to SAP related tasks for the Site and Customer. They are the support embedded throughout the Customer's organization providing the vital link between end user, support organization and the businesses.
Functions
- Create / process inbound deliveries within SAP from outside tollers.
- Process inbound deliveries in SAP from other Customer locations.
- Manually pick specific outbound deliveries to improve warehouse picking process.
- Review failed deliveries and prioritize.
- Troubleshoot failed deliveries and push through and / or notify needed resources to complete.
- Assist SAP Power User in daily tasks as needed.
- Assist in coordinating customer returns.
- Serve as a backup for traffic clerk.
- Assist and maintain SAP user accounts for all warehouse personnel.
- Participate in Customer related IT projects.
- Provide SAP Warehouse Management support for other Customer locations.
- Complete miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned by management.
