Position Summary : The Order Processor is responsible for planning and organizing the work of warehouse team members, ensuring efficient and effective inventory management. This role involves developing and executing wave plans to streamline warehouse operations and maintain optimal inventory levels. Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement wave plans to optimize warehouse operations and ensure timely processing of inventory.
- Coordinate and communicate with warehouse team members to execute planned activities and meet production goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify discrepancies, initiating corrective actions when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and movements within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and resolve any operational issues.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to verify accuracy and completeness of stock levels.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and manage inventory data.
- Provide training and support to warehouse staff on inventory procedures and best practices.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
