About the Role
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, taking orders, and resolving any issues that may arise. This includes communicating effectively with customers via various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Key Accountabilities
- Troubleshoot fencing products and issues.
- Responsible for maintaining product knowledge and industry trends.
- Must have excellent communication skills with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates as well as Persons outside the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, preferably in the agricultural or fencing industry. A strong understanding of computer skills is also essential for this role. In addition, the candidate must be able to travel up to 25% of the time and have a flexible schedule requiring Saturday rotations.
