Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage multichannel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content, email, and traditional marketing.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape.
- Create engaging content and oversee brand messaging consistency.
- Strengthen brand positioning and awareness.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.
- Develop and oversee promotional materials, advertisements, and website content.
- Manage SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using key marketing metrics (ROI, CTR, conversion rates).
- Utilize datadriven insights to optimize marketing efforts.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to ensure alignment.
- Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and vendors.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget.
- Prepare reports on marketing performance and ROI.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Experience in content creation, branding, and lead generation.
- Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms to coordinate marketing campaigns, manage timelines, and track costs.
- Ability to oversee and optimize internal and external resource allocation to ensure efficiency and measurable ROI.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

- Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Mailchimp.

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
