We are looking for a Product Specialist who will interact directly with customers, providing detailed information about our products and services. This role involves handling orders, resolving complaints, and maintaining in-depth knowledge of our offerings. As the primary point of contact, you will contribute to overall customer satisfaction and help drive sales growth.

- Confer with customers via telephone, internet, email, live chat, or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, or obtain details of complaints.
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills.
- Provide recommendations of fencing implementation based on the situation and create quotes for the sale.
- Trouble shooting of fencing products and issues.
- Responsible for always maintaining product knowledge and industry trends through attending trade shows.
- Must have excellent communication skills with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates as well as Persons outside the organization.
- Travel (25%)
- Must be able to make decisions and solve problems.
- Agricultural/Fencing background and knowledge preferred.
- Computer Skills
- Sales background preferred.
- Basic mechanical skills preferred.
