As the Logistics Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving our domestic and international supply chain processes. Your primary responsibility will be to gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights that contribute to the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and performance of our global supply chain.
This is an in-office position.

Education and / or Work Experience Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in logistics, with a focus on domestic / international operations.Customs clearance experience preferred, but not mandatory.Proficiency in data analytics tools and software, track & trace, and other data visualization tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.Understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures.Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Ability to self-manage time and performance against deadlines.Strong analytical skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required :
Excellent understanding of inventory control conceptsStrong leadership skills, ability to learn and apply new conceptsExceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, problem solving and analytical skillsExperience in hands-on implementation of inventory control management programs and solutionsStrong analytical, project, and product management skillsAbility to organize and plan the use of time and people effectively and efficientlyProficient with Microsoft OfficeEssential Duties and Responsibilities :
Data Analysis :
Collect, organize, and analyze data related to international supply chain operations.Utilize data analytics tools and software to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.Generate reports and present findings to support data-driven decision-making.Performance Metrics :
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for domestic / international supply chain activities.Monitor KPI’s to assess performance, identify deviations from targets, and recommend corrective actions.Continuously improve the measurement and reporting of supply chain performance.Process Optimization :
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of inefficiency within the supply chain.Suggest and implement process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs.Assist in the development and execution of supply chain strategies.Vendor Management :
Evaluate freight vendor performance and assess their impact on the supply chain.Identify opportunities to strengthen supplier relationships and improve lead times.Assist in the negotiation of supplier agreements and contracts.Perform other duties as assignedWorking Conditions / Physical Requirements :
