We are seeking a Production Scheduler with at least two years of experience, preferably working in an automotive supplier manufacturing environment. The candidate must be eager to learn new skills and eager to contribute to a team-oriented environment. Must be highly organized, ambitious, driven, attentive to detail, efficient, proactive and high-performing under pressure. EXPERIENCED Production Scheduler’s hourly rate is $25 , but is based upon level of experience. This position averages 40-45 hours a week and is considered a 1st Shift position.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with production-planning software--MRP System (Sage), Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)—and data-analysis tools
- An understanding of manufacturing processes and production constraints
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- 2 years production scheduling experience, automotive-supplier experience a plus
- Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently as well as a member of the team
- Create and maintain detailed production schedules
- Monitor production progress by utilizing production reports and address production issues
- Communicate with production, purchasing and sales to ensure proper order fulfillment
- Determine production requirements by analyzing orders and forecasts, adapting schedules to demand changes, availability of material or any machinery stoppage
- Proactively identify and address potential production delays and order-fulfillment issues
- Monitor and manage inventory of product and raw material to ensure availability for production and on-time deliver to customers.
