32 hours / week, 2 : 45 pm - 11 : 15 pm, weekdays and every other weekend with some holiday requirement
Pay :
21.00 - $26.00 / hr, based on date of certification and experience
Sign-on Bonus :
1,000 paid in installments for Full-time positionsAt

About the Role :
The CNA is essential in promoting and restoring residents' quality of life by delivering compassionate nursing care tailored to each resident's individual needs. This role requires strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit to work effectively within our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist residents with activities of daily living in a skilled nursing environment
Provide hands-on nursing care as determined by individual care plans
Ensure resident safety and comfort while lifting, transferring, and supporting them as needed
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
Qualifications :
Current New York State certification as a CNA required
Ability to stand / walk for most of the shift
Capacity to push, pull, lift, and transfer residents, particularly when lifting exceeds 35 pounds
Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork
