Position Summary:
As a receptionist, you will create a warm and professional environment by greeting guests, managing phone calls, assisting with check-ins, and supporting various administrative tasks. Your role is essential in ensuring an inviting atmosphere in our front desk area, lobby, Sunroom, and entrance spaces. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist residents, visitors, and staff courteously and professionally.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls efficiently while providing accurate information.
Guide visitors through the check-in process and provide clear directions.
Maintain a neat and welcoming lobby, entrance area, Sunroom, and porch.
Ensure refreshments are available for guests.
Assist residents with mobility as needed, including wheelchair transport.
Monitor the call bell system and ensure timely responses.
Perform clerical duties such as managing mail, tracking office supplies, and maintaining records.
Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality regarding resident and staff information.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements.
Flexibility to work weekends as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of two years of office management or customer service experience.
