What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grounds Person - Pressure Washing position at Kendal-Crosslands Communities?
The primary function of this position will be to maintain grounds of Kendal Crosslands Communities in Optimal Condition by performing pressure washing throughout the 4 communities. Additional responsibilities include window washing and other as needed assignments. Assists with developing and maintaining pressure washing and window washing schedules.
This position is Monday - Friday working 7:00am - 3:30pm.
Must be able to follow and give written and oral instructions, and otherwise communicate and receive communications orally and in writing. Capable of operating pressure washing and yard maintenance equipment. Possession of a valid driver’s license and insurable by Kendal-Crosslands Communities insurance.
Must be able to climb, walk long distances, crawl, lift, push, pull, and carry weights from 60 pounds up to and in excess of 125 pounds. Must be able to work overtime.
