As a Lifeguard at Kendal Crosslands Communities, you will be responsible for providing a safe, enjoyable pool environment by enforcing safety regulations in the
pool area, guarding swimmers and pool patrons during use of aquatic facilities, maintaining a safe physical pool environment.
