About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Temp Checker to join our team in Kendal North. As a Temp Checker, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the required temperature standards before they are shipped out to our customers. This is a critical role in our manufacturing process, as it directly impacts the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that all products are checked and recorded accurately and efficiently.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to read and write in English
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience with temperature monitoring equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed
Responsibilities:
- Check and record the temperature of cold trucks
- Work closely with the Order Pulling team to ensure that all products are checked and recorded accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Skills:
As a Temp Checker, you will use your strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment to ensure that all products meet the required temperature standards. You will also use your communication skills to work closely with the production team and your ability to work independently to manage your workload efficiently. Additionally, your experience with temperature monitoring equipment and your flexibility to work different shifts will be valuable assets in this role.
Days to be determined 6:00am - 2:30pm this is a tentative schedule; hours will vary depending on production needs. Weekends will be required for the season.
