">We are seeking an experienced sales merchandiser to represent Kendal Floral at Costco. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining merchandise based on set criteria, and providing excellent customer service to Costco members.
">Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily inventory: perform daily receivable counts and ensure accurate tracking of inventory levels. ">
- Maintain cooler merchandising standards based on product schematic, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized display. ">
- Maintain quality requirements through daily 'grooming' of product, inspecting for freshness and overall appearance. ">
- Provide exceptional customer service to Costco members, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner. ">
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with the Costco team, fostering a collaborative environment. ">
Requirements

- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and pull rolling racks with product up to 50 pounds. ">
- Must be able to stand or walk on an ongoing basis throughout each shift. ">
- Must successfully pass a 7-year criminal background check. ">
- Prior experience in sales, merchandising, customer service, warehouse, or retail is highly desirable. ">
- Able to work independently and manage daily procedures without direct supervision. ">
- Flexible availability to work all holiday promotional periods, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, and Mother's Day. ">

">The hourly rate for this position is $16.00 per hour, with a $20 monthly cell phone allowance.

Working Conditions
