Join our team at Kendal on Hudson! We are actively hiring for our vibrant community. Currently seeking a full-time Budget Manager to join our Finance team.
Primary responsibilities:
- Budget planning and development
- Financial analysis and reporting
- Team Leadership and Development
- Compliance and Risk Management
- Management of special projects as assigned by CFO
- Educates supervisors and others on the financial needs and processes of the organization.
- Identifies variances and trands and assist wiht implementation of operational process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance; MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 -7 years of experience in budgeting, financial analysis or related role
- Advanced Excel; proficiency in finanical software and Microsoft Office
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of not-for-profit financial accounting and budgeting functions and methods.revious experience in not-for-profit or real estate organizations
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with NYS financial compliance reporting
- Bond Reporting a plus
Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
