Per-Diem, shifts vary 4:00pm – 8:30pm Monday – Friday, 11:00am – 8:30pm Sunday, 9:30am - 4:00pm weekend shift a must. Rate of pay is $18.56 to $19.42, based on experience. Must be able to read, write and communicate well with others. Appearance must be clean and neat. Must display a cheerful, helpful, and courteous attitude at all times. Stands and walks most of day. Must be able to lift weights of up to 40 pounds. Ability to use a cash register. Assists in food preparation, service, and sanitation of the department. Provides friendly and efficient dining service to the residents, staff, and guests. May work as a server, help with the buffet line, or wash dishes. Ensures compliancy with all federal, state, and local HACCP and NYS DOH food safety regulations as well as Kendal at Ithaca policies and procedures. Submit resume and application form.
