Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support in various administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
Duties:
- Manage the front desk by greeting visitors and answering incoming calls
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Assist in office management tasks such as organizing files, scheduling appointments, and ordering supplies
- Coordinate projects by tracking deadlines, communicating with team members, and preparing necessary documentation
- Computerize documents and maintain electronic records for easy access
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and correspondence handling
- Provide personal assistant support to Providers and Managment Staff as needed
- Conduct clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
- Proficiency in Google Suite for managing calendars, emails, and documents
Skills:
Required:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Nice-to-have:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Experience with office management responsibilities
