What are the responsibilities and job description for the File Clerk position at Kendall Auto Group?
Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest and premier employer in Marysville. We are looking for a File Clerk to join the accounting team.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to maintain focus while doing repetitive tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Ability to prioritize job duties to meet deadlines
Scanner duties will include but not be limited to:
- Scanning, filing and organizing paper files and maintaining a filing system
- Review and process vehicle deal folders for electronic scanning
- Complete delivery logs and bank transactions
- Complete bank and post office runs
- Ability to work unsupervised for extended periods during each work shift.
- General office clerical tasks
The required schedule if Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. The pay range is $18.00 - $20.00/hour. Candidate must have a driver license with a driving record acceptable to Kendall insurance companies.
