What are the responsibilities and job description for the We Owe Coordinator position at Kendall Auto Group?
Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest and premier employer on the Kenai Peninsula. We are seeking a detail oriented We Owe Coordinator to join our team. Our Service Department is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community. This role is responsible for managing and scheduling customer follow-ups for owed vehicle accessories and services while ensuring efficient coordination between departments, vendors and customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Contact customers to schedule accessory installations.
- Verify and track We-Owe commitments using SmartSheets.
- Input and maintain appointment schedules in Google Calendar.
- Update notes and track transactions in intercompany accounting Websites.
- Opening and closing repair orders for in-shop services.
- Coordination with Vendors to schedule necessary work.
- Process and manage purchase orders (POs) for vender services.
- Assist customers with loaner vehicles sign-outs
- Provide backup support to the Internal Service department when needed.
- Work directly with customers in a retail storefront environment.
Pay range for this position is $18.00 to $20.00/hour DOE. Schedule will be Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm.

Working conditions are primarily indoors spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone.
