Job Summary:
The Assembly Technician is accountable for the setup, maintenance, and operation of the machines assigned to them in the Assembly Cell. Under direction of the Shift Supervisor they will complete all work orders assigned to them according to the specific work order instructions. The Assembly Technician candidate must have high attention to detail and good math skills. Must be driven, dependable and have a strong work ethic. This position is on our 1st shift which is, Monday through Thursday 5:00am - 3:30pm.

Essential Functions:
- Fabrication of all parts according to work orders and Company policies
- Maintaining clean, safe and organized work areas
- Identification of concerns and notifying direct supervisor
- Process improvement recommendations
- Maintenance of tools and equipment as assigned
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with similar operations or equipment used at Kendall Howard is preferred but not required . High attention to detail, commitment to quality, and good math skills are required. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods of time throughout the duration of the shift. Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds periodically during the shift.
