What You'll Do:
- Process bi-weekly payroll for employees across the U.S. and Canada, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, assisting with various HR functions.
- Ensure compliance with payroll laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to streamline and enhance payroll and HR processes.
- Assist in employee onboarding, benefits administration, and continuous process improvements.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree preferred (May 2025 graduates welcome to apply!).
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with payroll and HR systems.
- Strong attention to detail - ensuring every paycheck is timely and accurate.
- A continuous improvement mindset, always looking for ways to enhance processes.
- Experience with isolved HCM is a plus but not required.
