Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including washing, waxing, buffing, and vacuuming.
- Apply window tinting as needed, ensuring a professional finish.
- Utilize custodial skills to maintain cleanliness and organization of detailing equipment and supplies.
- Drive to various locations to provide mobile detailing services, ensuring timely arrival and service delivery.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed on each vehicle.
- Stay updated on the latest detailing techniques and products to enhance service quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Familiarity with custodial tasks related to vehicle cleaning and maintenance.
- Skills in buffing and car wash techniques are preferred.
- A valid driver's license is required for driving to client locations.
- Attention to detail is crucial for achieving high-quality results in vehicle presentation.
