JOB DESCRIPTION - TREATMENT COORDINATOR
Performs introductory phone calls for potential new patients
Schedule appointments
Collect deposit
Review schedule with the doctor for next Orho day
Confirm new consultations
Present treatment plans
Following up with patients after the visit with the doctor, to ensure that all questions related to planned treatment and corresponding fees are answered.
Set up recurring payments (Orthobanc)
Scan the patient with Itero
Upload pictures into dental software
Placing orders previously quoted with different vendors
Send cases to dental lab
Track lab orders
Make sure all lab cases are in the office a couple of days prior patients appointment
Payment of invoices.
Visit other dental providers to promote our office
Participate / Coordinate local events like, schools, charities, sports teams and fairs
Follows all administrative procedures and policies to ensure consistent standards
Be on time and prepared to actively participate in morning huddles and monthly meetings
