About the Job:
Kendall Vegetation Services is looking for a Vegetation Management Technician to join our team.
In this role, you will operate heavy equipment to maintain and repair vegetation management equipment. You will work closely with our team to ensure efficient operations and meet project deadlines.
The successful candidate will have:
- Prior experience in operating heavy equipment in electric utility vegetation management, construction, logging, landscaping, mechanical, or military industries.
- A High School diploma or equivalent education.
- Excellent knowledge of equipment maintenance and safe operations.
- Physical strength and good balance to climb into and around mobile equipment.
- The ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Good hearing to receive verbal instructions from a distance.
- Good vision and attention to detail.
- A valid Driver's License if hired for a driving position and a CDL and DOT Medical Card to operate any truck over 26,000 lbs.
- The ability to read, write, and comprehend job instructions and information.
