Job Description
Drive efficiency and excellence in our warehouse operations! We’re seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our team, streamline logistics, and ensure seamless receiving, organization, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff while fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
- Logistics & Inventory Management: Oversee receiving, labeling, storage, and staging of hardware, doors, and materials.
- Shipping & Delivery: Coordinate shipments, select cost-effective carriers, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Process Optimization: Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity.
- Warehouse & Fleet Maintenance: Maintain a safe, organized facility and oversee company vehicle upkeep.
Qualifications
- 3 years in a fast-paced warehouse environment, 2 years in management.
- Strong logistics, inventory, and team leadership experience.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and warehouse software.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs (team lift).
- Valid driver’s license.

Salary: $75,000-$80,000
Hours: Standard business hours are 630am-330pm
