You must be legally authorized to work in the US.
Candidates must be able to work either June 2nd to August 8th or June 23rd to August 29th.
For Summer 2025, our program will be hybrid from our downtown San Francisco office.
Interns will come into the San Francisco office weekly on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and work from home every Monday and Friday. SOURCING INTERN SUMMARY The Sourcing intern will be fully integrated into the day-to-day activities of the Sourcing team.
In addition, you will be responsible for leading an individual project that will be presented to Senior Leadership at the end of the summer. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in researching and identifying cost savings.
- Support in the negotiation of pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure competitive advantage and cost efficiency
- Support initiatives related to vendor risk mitigation.
- Support in maintaining accurate purchasing records and documentation. REQUIREMENTS
- Rising Junior, Senior or 2025 Graduate preferably in Supply Chain, International Trade or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, in professional setting
- Ability to multi-task & prioritize with excellent follow-through and task completion
- Thrives in a fast-paced, often-changing, startup environment
- Creative problem solver and analytical mindset with a good sense of curiosity; able to work independently to produce quality results
- Flexible and positive attitude; able to work independently and within teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
