A Junior Analyst must have experience with data gathering and creating reports to display data using common office automation tools.
Description
Contribute to the development and maintenance of asset management workflows, reports, and dashboards within ServiceNow.
Assist in the discovery and normalization of hardware and software assets across the VA enterprise.
Support the creation and implementation of asset management policies and procedures.
Collaborate with VA technical teams and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and training activities related to the ServiceNow HAM and SAM implementation.
Requirements
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
AA or 2-year technical school in business discipline or similar discipline is required. (4 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Understanding of IT asset management principles and best practices.
Experience with data analysis and reporting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
Preferred :
Knowledge or experience with Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management within ServiceNow HAM / SAM Pro modules.
Familiarity with ServiceNow or other IT service management (ITSM) platforms.
Experience working in a government or healthcare environment.
