About This Role
As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming and efficient workplace environment. Your primary responsibilities will include managing kitchen supplies, ensuring the cleanliness and organization of common areas, supporting various HR administrative tasks, and assisting with company activities. This part-time role demands exceptional organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Coordinate and oversee the stocking, cleaning, and maintenance of the kitchen and common areas.
- Order and manage food and kitchen supplies, ensuring availability and quality.
- Ensure the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently by managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Support the HR team with additional administrative tasks as needed, including maintaining records and assisting with documentation.
- Assist in developing and distributing communications related to HR initiatives and office operations.
- Help plan and support employee activities, such as team-building exercises, wellness programs, and company events.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all activities and kitchen operations.
- Maintain a calendar for kitchen supply orders, routine maintenance tasks, and scheduled activities, ensuring timely execution.
- Collaborate with other departments to support HR-related processes, workplace initiatives, and events. Assist in other HR activities as needed.
