Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative and age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards.
- Educate children in various subjects, including literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive learning community.
- Provide individualized support for students with special needs, including those on the autism spectrum.
- Utilize library services to enhance learning experiences through books and resources.
- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and curiosity.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to share best practices and improve teaching strategies.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on the latest educational practices.
