We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
- Help implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Provide individualized attention to each child to support their unique learning needs and interests.
- Conduct regular assessments of children's progress in various areas including math, language, and behavior management.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss children's development and address any concerns related to child welfare.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and other activities to ensure safety and well-being.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of childhood development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in classroom settings, particularly with toddlers or preschool-aged children.
- Knowledge of curriculum development tailored for early childhood education.
- Strong skills in behavior management techniques to effectively guide children's interactions.
- Ability to create engaging learning experiences that incorporate math concepts and other foundational skills.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and staff members.
- A commitment to promoting child welfare and fostering a positive learning environment.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
