Responsibilities

Supporting the lead teacher: Assist the main teacher in managing the classroom, implementing lesson plans, and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Instructional support: Provide assistance during lessons by working with individual students or small groups, answering questions, and reinforcing concepts taught by the teacher.

Supervising students: Monitor students during various activities, such as recess, lunchtime, or field trips, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Material preparation: Help in preparing teaching materials, including setting up equipment, organizing supplies, and creating visual aids.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year educational institution required

Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral forms with all levels of management.
