As an Overnight Cashier , you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for our customers during the late-night and early-morning hours. Whether you’re helping with transactions, stocking shelves, or providing excellent customer service, your work will help keep the Kenly 95 Petro reputation as one of the best travel centers around.

Requirements : What You’ll Do :

Your overnight shift will be filled with a variety of responsibilities, all aimed at making sure customers have an exceptional experience. Here’s what you’ll be doing :

Provide Outstanding Customer Service : You’ll be the friendly face greeting our late-night customers, ensuring they have everything they need and leave happy. Whether it’s fueling up, grabbing snacks, or asking for directions, you’ll help with a smile.
Handle Transactions : Process customer purchases quickly and accurately using the register. You'll handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, ensuring every transaction is smooth and efficient.
Keep the Store Organized & Stocked : You’ll ensure the store is fully stocked for the next day, keeping shelves neat, products in place, and making sure everything is clean and organized.
Assist with Inventory Management : Help restock items and assist with inventory checks to ensure we’re always well-stocked for customers. You’ll also monitor for any low-stock items and notify management as needed.
Maintain a Safe, Clean Environment : Keep the checkout area clean and ensure all safety protocols are followed during your shift. You’ll also assist with cleaning the floors, windows, and other public areas.
Problem-Solve & Handle Customer Requests : You’ll manage customer questions and concerns with professionalism, ensuring that any issues are resolved efficiently and with a smile.
Work as Part of a Team : You’ll be part of a supportive team that’s there for each other during the quieter late-night hours, helping each other when needed.

Customer Service Experience : You know how to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, making sure they feel welcome and valued.

Reliability & Dependability : You’re punctual and reliable, able to manage your overnight shift from 12 AM to 8 AM with ease. We need someone who can be counted on during the late hours.

Cash Handling Experience : You’re familiar with operating cash registers, handling money, and processing transactions accurately.

Attention to Detail : You’re meticulous about maintaining a clean, well-organized store and keeping track of inventory.

Ability to Work Independently : As the sole cashier during the overnight hours, you’ll be comfortable working independently and managing your responsibilities with little supervision.

Positive, Friendly Attitude : You maintain a positive attitude and enjoy working with customers, even during the quieter overnight hours.
