We are seeking an experienced Retail Custom Shop Manager to lead our team, drive sales, and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements :
- Oversee daily operations of the Custom Shop, ensuring a smooth and efficient retail environment.
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Develop and execute merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries, special orders, and customization requests professionally.
