Industrial Equipment Technologist \
Kennametal, Inc. is seeking an experienced Industrial Equipment Technologist to join our team.\
As a key member of our maintenance team, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities by performing routine maintenance tasks, conducting repairs, and providing technical support.\
Key Responsibilities:\
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspections, repairs, and lubrication of manufacturing equipment and processes.\
Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic activities to identify and resolve equipment issues.\
Maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems controls and components, rebuild machine accessories, pumps, motors, dressing units, and fixtures.\
Complete scheduled electrical/electronic overhaul/rebuild of equipment, including rewiring and replacement of motors, encoders/resolvers, electronic printed circuit boards, proximity switches, micro switches, relays, timers, etc.\
Requirements:\
To be successful in this role, the candidate must have an Associate degree or equivalent in industrial maintenance and/or related discipline, as well as 3-5 years' maintenance repair experience in a manufacturing facility.\
Licensing, certifications, or relevant industry experience will be considered in lieu of experience.\
