Job Title: Furnace Operator
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Load and unload fixtures with product into furnaces.
- Ensure that the product is set up correctly and sufficiently clean.
- Ensure adequate gas supply.
- Replace gas tanks as needed.
- Ensure targets and melts are adequate to run the process being loaded.
- Perform tests on standards to ensure coating thickness and adhesion are within specifications.
- Perform batch cleanings at proper intervals.
- Will be responsible for setting up and separating product.
- Keep area and equipment clean.

- Must be able to read and understand operating procedures.
- Knowledge and ability to perform necessary actions in emergency situations such as power outages, etc.
