Kennebec Behavioral Health, established in 1960 and named one of the Best Places to Work in Maine for the last 4 consecutive years, has openings for full-time Central Registration Specialist to work in our Waterville Clinic. If you have experience working with the public and excellent customer service skills, we’re looking for you! The Central Registration Specialist position provides support to clients & visitors by answering incoming telephone calls, greeting clients & visitors as they enter the building and directing them as needed. This position also coordinates with the physician and clinician scheduling process as well as assisting with the billing process.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED AND 1 to 3 years of health care related clerical experience, preferably in area of registration, billing or medical records. .
