Kennebec Behavioral Health, established in 1960 and recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Maine for the last 4 consecutive years, is seeking two (2) full-time Program Coordinators to work in our Crisis Stabilization Units for adults in Augusta and Waterville.
The Program Coordinator will assist the Program Manager in Augusta and Waterville locations with administrative functions including quality assurance, chart documentation, staff scheduling, maintaining the weekly activity/appointment schedule, assisting with client intakes, tracking staff certification, and ordering house supplies. The Program Coordinator also engages in direct service activities with individuals to include: client intake, assessment, services plan development, linking and coordination of services, services advocacy, and monitoring and evaluation services. The Program Coordinator will assist individuals with the individual support planning process and identification, participate in crisis resolution services with individuals, and perform skill building and resource development activities based on individual needs.
Requirements - MHRT/C and MHRT/1 certifications are required, as is a minimum of two (2) years in the mental health field. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
