This position is full-time, Monday through Friday; 8am to 5pm and is located in Augusta.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an entry-level, detail-oriented patient-focused Correspondence Specialist to join our Revenue Cycle Team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing all incoming correspondence and providing vital support to our internal teams.

Responsibilities Include:

• Handling all phases of customer inquiries received via phone or written correspondence.
• Responding to customer inquiries and complaints regarding bill payments, account updates, service issues, and collections in a professional manner.
• Efficiently and accurately process assigned claim files and claim payments
• Ability to multi-task and manage an active caseload.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
• Knowledge of billing and collections processes is a plus.
