Key Responsibilities
- Lead MeCAP's strategic vision and financial sustainability
- Act as the organization's public face and drive its impact through stakeholder engagement and grants administration
- Ensure availability of Community Action resources statewide in Maine
Requirements
- Strong leadership and strategic visioning skills
- Financial management, fundraising, and grant writing expertise
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Broad understanding of poverty-related issues in Maine and the role of Community Action
- A Bachelor's Degree and related experience
