Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage strategic vision to drive financial sustainability and operations
- Act as the public face of MeCAP, engaging stakeholders and driving impact through grants administration
- Collaborate with the President and Board of Directors to ensure resources are available statewide
- Foster strong relationships with community partners and advocates
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and relevant experience required
- Strong leadership and strategic visioning skills
- Proven track record in financial management, fundraising, and grant writing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Broad understanding of poverty-related issues in Maine
