**Job Summary**
Kennebec Valley Community Action Program (KVCAP) is seeking an Executive Leader to fill the Managing Director role at Maine Community Action Partnership (MeCAP).

Maine Community Action Partnership (MeCAP) is a statewide organization dedicated to improving the quality of life of Maine people. We advocate for, promote and support the work of the Maine community action agencies.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead MeCAP's strategic vision, financial sustainability, and operations.
- Act as the organization's public face and drive its impact through stakeholder engagement and grants administration.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to address poverty-related issues in Maine.
- Promote MeCAP's mission and goals through various channels.
